I was only fourteen when I attended my first exhibition, showing portraits in the local art society. At seventeen I started working as a decorator at a fashion house. My job was drawing posters, dressing windows and some interior design. Then I started making illustrations for newspaper adverts. At twenty I was headhunted as Art Director for a commercial advertising agency in Oslo.
After a hectic year I went back to studying and worked freelance illustrating short stories in glossy magazines. At the same time I was elected as politician for four years. Then I attended five years in art school, studying in the classical figurative drawing and painting tradition and making lithographs.
My first exhibition abroad was in Islamabad, Pakistan. I was invited through the International Red Cross. Since then my works has taken me on exiting journeys around the world.
I live and work in my native Norway.
My childhood dream was always to exhibit in Paris. Since 2003 I have been at Salon d`Automne and I have exhibited at Art en Capital since the beginning in 2006.
This year is the first time in Comparasions and my first year as member of Taylor.
The originality of my works is that I paint everything seen from sky view.
